Cornelia’s design was heavily influenced by the surrounding Victorian architectural vernacular of Garden City. Layered with contrasting simplistic lines and black finishes attributed to FFC’s signature style, an elegant yet contemporary design was developed. We named the project after Cornelia Mitchell Clinch, the boss wife of Alexander Turney Stewart, the founder of Garden City.
