Once your whole-home concept is in place, it's time to get specific. Design Development is where we take the vision from the Concept Package and turn it into a real, buildable plan—room by room, at whatever scope makes sense for you.

This is where our a la carte approach comes in. Not every room needs the same level of work—sometimes a kitchen just needs new cabinet paint, sometimes it needs a full renovation—so instead of a one-size-fits-all price tag, we scope and price each room individually, based on what the concept phase uncovered. You choose which rooms move forward, and our team prices them accordingly. No paying for more than what your home actually needs.

From there, we work with you through a series of meetings and presentations to refine the design until it's exactly right. The result is a complete design package for each room in scope: 3D rendered views so you can see the space before it's built, design drawings for your contractor of choice, and a full specification schedule. (If your project requires permitted drawings, that's scoped separately and outlined in your proposal.)

Once your design is finalized, you can also choose to bring us along for what comes next—Construction Administration, Procurement, Art + Accessories, and Organization. Each is available a la carte, so you're only ever paying for the help you actually want.
