A finished design is only as good as the experience of actually getting there. Procurement is how we take that experience off your plate entirely—so instead of chasing down orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating deliveries, you simply come home to a space that's already put together.

Your Design Development package includes a full procurement schedule for furniture, rugs, window coverings, and decorative lighting—everything you need to purchase these items yourself, if that's the route you'd rather take to save on cost. But if you'd rather hand that off, we do it all: ordering, tracking, coordinating deliveries, and installing every piece, so the only thing you have to do is enjoy the space. And if you've added our Art + Accessories package, those pieces—throw pillows, bedding, decorative objects, books, and art—are procured right alongside everything else, all through the same process.

When we handle procurement, we pass along our designer discount wherever it's available—because our goal is to save you money where we can, never to make more off of you. Some vendors simply don't offer a trade discount, so there isn't always one to pass along. But we will never mark up a product ourselves. Every price you see is the actual price, full stop. That transparency is non-negotiable for us.

Procurement is priced as a percentage of the total cost of items purchased—typically in the 30–40% range, depending on the scope of the project. Details are outlined in your proposal.
