Whether it's a restaurant, office, retail space, or hospitality project, we bring the same approach to commercial work that we bring to every project: understanding the space, the people who use it, and the experience it needs to create, before a single design decision gets made.

Our process starts the same way it does for any project—with a Concept Package to establish the vision, followed by Design Development to bring each space to life. From there, we hand off Design Development drawings to an architect of record, who develops the construction and permit drawings your project requires and manages the permitting process from there—submissions, revisions, and everything in between.

Once construction begins, we do offer Construction Administration as an add-on, focused specifically on making sure your design intent is carried out correctly on-site.

Procurement, Art & Accessories, and Organization remain available as add-ons for commercial spaces as well—wherever they make sense for the project.
